VCE Revolutions Exam Revision: "One Step Forward, Two Steps Back."

Describe your topicEdit

This is a revision sequence that you should use, in a step by step fashion, with no steps backward, to build up to the VCE Revolutions exam. You are going to revise so you can successfully, and with confidence, answer an extended essay question on the consequences of the Bolshevik revolution from 1918 to the death of Lenin in 1924.

A very important, indeed dominant, feature of this revision sequence are activities. When revising it is not enough to just absorb a whole bunch of information. Learning involves gathering, sorting, analysing, evaluating, and creating knowledge. To answer extended questions well you have to do all of those things, especially the last two.
